Block Organizer.

Hi, 

I would like a block organizer/holder/grouper that would have a title(big and readable if its printed), comments, hideable, disableable and collapsable. This super block would only have the function of organizing blocks into groups similar to .c .cpp files.

I guess this could also be made by adding tabs. 

Thanks for all work put in to Mit App Inventor. I like it a lot.
