Mobile Data & Location GPS Allow/On Permissions When Opening App

Hi,

i'm new to this i notice there is alot more work to be done in this online work-space "MIT App Inventor" but its very nice i really like it,

So getting to my query how do you setup on "designer" and "blocks" interface, the option for my users to switch their mobile data and gps location on once starting the app? my app wont work without the user switching their mobile data on and having data/internet connections on.

Please if anyone can assist me with a step by step guide ill really appreciate it alot thanks.

There are only a few steps. Location Settings and Data can not be changed using code.  They can be set manually from the device Settings.

Here is how to use the ActivityStarter to bring up the Settings
