Calculate DST (Daylight saving time) and timezone offset.

Hello everyone, this is my first post in this forum.
In his free time playing with app inventor and noticed that it's hard to get time UTC/DST from the clock component.
I thought of this solution, it can work all over the world?

probably easier would be to use a parse procedure like in this example

Thank you, finally a new block has been added for this purpose.
It is no longer necessary to use parse.

To find the UTC, I found an easy solution by mistake:

I expected 00:00:00, but the 1 in front is because I live in UTC+1 I was told. I do not now what the value is if you live in UTC-6, but maybe it is easy to figure out.

you also can use the pattern Z, for all patterns see here https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html

Holy spaghetti, I looked for the solution to this problem for months and now ... :)
