No puedo conectar el emulador,

hola, instale el emulador pero no se logra conectar, ya realice todo lo que dice en ayuda e incluso consulte tutoriales pero no funciona que puedo hacer}?

Some things you can check:

1. Do you have the aiStarter program running? If so, does the command prompt window show any error messages?

2. Do you have a firewall on your computer? If so, are ports 8004 and 8001 allowed through? These are necessary for App Inventor to talk to aiStarter and the emulator.
