How do I make my apps read data from RFID

I'm currently using an RFID for my toll collection system project. I would like to connect the circuit with the apps. However i dont know how to make the appinventor read my RFID card. What block should I use? I'm still new. I've tried my RFID and the servo motor and it all works perfectly.
