I am working on an app where I want to send an email (using the activity starter with a gmail account) when I press a button.  The button works when I am running the program with the companion app but doesn't work when I test it using the .apk file.

How to send an eMail

It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.

I removed the Open Party "command", it works, unfortunately, it now stays on that screen and allows the user to keep resending the email.  I added a home button, which then they can select, however, when I use the companion app it works with the Open Party screen command beautifully.

Is there something that I need to be doing on my device that is causing the problem (instead of it being an App Inventor coding issue)
