App inventor is not working

after installation app inventor shows this command and nothing more happening

Platform = Windows
AppInventor tools located here: "C:\Program Files (x86)"
Bottle server starting up (using WSGIRefServer())...
Listening on http://127.0.0.1:8004/
Hit Ctrl-C to quit

Anybody knows what may be the reason?

There is NO problem.

That's the AIStarter... it's the bridge between the AI User Interface and the emulator or your device.  Leave the AIStarter running... it can be minimized but must be running for you to test your project interactively.

You have to go to http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu and build your project there...
