how to convert ASCII convert integer decimal or hex

I need convert character to decimal or hex for the bluetooth send. Bluetooth working only text or only byte. but this very difficult for the user. User must enter ascii and programm convert decimal or hex and after send to other device. 

if it pssible or not for the app inventor 2 . I can't find any info .
