How would I make a button on one screen lead to another screen when clicked on?

I'm trying to program a button to when i click on the button i will be shown a different screen.  I'm not sure which blocks to use so I can fix this problem.

Here you go:

I happened to use Button3 but it could be any button and any screen...  The button click came from selecting the button on the left, and the open another screen comes from the Control group at the top of the left panel...
