I am not a programmer and I don't know to create a file called javascriptWebViewProcessor.html as the TUTORIAL makes it sound so easy. How to get a Java Page? Although it seems that I do have Java Icon on my computer, apparently Java doesn't work with Windows 10, neither with Chrome and nor with many browsers.
Any hints, otherwise this Tutorial is useless for non-programmers.

Which tutorial are you talking about? Can you give a pointer to it?
it is really easy. Create a file with the name javascriptWebViewProcessor.html on your PC, as the tutorial says and  the contents should be the text in the gray filed, which you just can copy and paste.
Then upload the file into your App Inventor app as asset (upload file button in the media section).
Cheers, Ghica

You can produce a .html file using Windows Notepad.
Copy and paste from the example, and do a File->Save As to get the proper name.

You don't need Java on your PC.
