Control with wifi on app inventor 2

that's not possible with the WiFi extension

you might want to use one of the available controllers instead https://www.google.com/search?q=dmx+spot&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=dmx+controller+android

alternatively you could write your own extension and create a block yourself...
