How to format SystemTime from Clock?

When I call SystemTime into a Label it formats in milliseconds (I think)  How do I format to hh/mm/ss ? Or some other (better?) string... I'm trying to build a time stamp that I an use as a 'tag' for Tinydb.

I'm using FormatTime. it wants an 'instant' I don't know what an 'instant' is... or how to use it.  And there is NOT any Tutorial or Library reference...
