How are you trying to 'open' the emulator Fraser? Here are the basic Instructions on emulator use; perhaps they will help you get started. Did you download aiStarter (the emulator software) to your computer?

Do you see error messages or what? In other words, when you try to open the emulator what happens? So, please tell us more about your problem with the emulator.
