Photo for Convocation

Dear CR's,

Please go through the attachment and you are requested to collect the Soft Copy of Passport Size Recent Colour Photo (white background only) of your respective section as per the format mentioned in the attached file and send it to the department office on or before 31/07/2023.

The File name of the photograph to be given as candidate’s registration number prefixed with capital letter “P” (For eg.: P190907000.jpg)

Note:- Students are hereby informed to send their photos to the CR's of their respective sections as per the guidelines mentioned in the attached file.
