We are glad to inform you that the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, is going to organize the 7^th International Conference on Computer Application in Electrical Engineering – Recent Advances (CERA 23) during October 27-29, 2023. 

 

It is our pleasure to inform you that Call for Papers for CERA 23 is now available at http://cera23.iitr.ac.in/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Cera23-Flyer_updated_inbetween.pdf and the paper can be submitted through  https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CERA2023/Submission/Index . 

 

The submission deadline is now extended till 10th July 2023. The conference will be organized  in hybrid mode. 

The accepted full papers will appear in the IEEE Xplore, only if one of the authors registers and presents the paper in the conference. The CERA 23 is currently being co-sponsored by the IEEE Roorkee subsection  and Department of Water Resources Development and Management, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. It is also technically co-sponsored by IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section.

 

The theme of this edition of CERA is "Sustainable Transportation Systems". 

 

The papers are invited on, but not limited to the following tracks (detailed sub-topics are available on the website):
Track - 1: Grid Integrated Renewable Energy Systems
Track - 2: Smart Grid Monitoring, Control and Protection
Track - 3: Power Electronics Converter Topologies, Devices, and Motor Drives
Track - 4: Control Systems, Mechatronics and Robotics
Track - 5: Smart Instrumentation and Signal Processing
Track - 6: Transportation Electrification and Energy Storage Systems

Track - 7: AI/ML, IOT, Big Data Analytics

Full paper submission closes: 10th July 2023
Acceptance notification by: 15th August 2023
