Cannot download App Inventor Service Zip file

I  would like to follow the post (http://conoroneill.net/summary-of-setting-up-your-own-private-app-inventor-server-for-your-school/) to set up our server for app Inventor.
However, I cannot download the App Inventor Service zip file,which is located at
http://appinventoredu.mit.edu/download-jar-files , so i cannot move on to the following steps.
Is there any other links for me to download the file?

Jar files are not available now as the testing period is over.

This is an easy to install version of the jar files from v101. Runs on Windows.

This is a developer version of the next version of those jars. Requires more work to install but runs on Linux, Mac and Windows

  and does a lot more.
