I was trying to update my appinventor service from v61 to v101. I
noticed that all my projects disappeared. Is anyone facing this
problem? Another problem is that v61 does not allow me to download
multiple projects at a time, but v101 does. This is one of the reasons
I was trying to upgrade.

Are you using the devserver or App Engine? Projects disappearing
between restarts was a known problem with the devserve prior to App
Engine SDK version 1.6.2.1 (I believe).
