Anyone know how to reboot a newer Honda factory navigation system? Restarting the vehicle doesn't really do a full reboot of the Android infotainment system as it seems to be a sleep/hibernation mode. Occasionally, I see weird things happen that I'd rather initiate a manual reboot perhaps weekly before it inevitably crashes, freezes, or just goes blank at a most inconvenient time i.e. city or highway driving. This happens periodically on my 2018 Accord.
To be fair, the top screen is a set-it-and-forget-it display. The bottom screen is used mainly for the sound system and navigation system, and once you adopt the steering wheel controls for the sound system, you can simply leave the navigation map showing on the bottom screen.
The bottom display is included for Accord EX, EX-L and Touring models. Designed to resemble a smartphone or tablet computer, it is a 7-inch touchscreen primarily used for navigation reference, unless you select the radio screen or the main menu screen, through which you can program multiple vehicle settings.
