Hello!
From your screenshots I can gather the following:
- The HTTP output (the one that serves player.js, among other things) is unavailable. Most likely because your port 8080 is already taken by another application running. Try changing the port number to something else and that should fix that.
- Your stream doesn't have the full path to a file in the source. This must be a full *nix-style path, starting with a slash. For guidelines on how to write these paths (especially when running Windows), please take a look at the manual for full instructions.
