I cannot start broadcasting through all protocols including rtmp. It worked normally in v2.18, but in v3.4, the broadcast cannot start even if the obs server address and stream key are matched. The mistserver runs at 192.168.209.100, and the transmission runs at 192.168.209.2. The firewall opened TCP 1935/1936/80/554 and UDP 8889 on the server side, and all ports from the router to the server side are open. The report of level 4 is not very helpful, so the report of level 10 is attached.
The os in use is Windows 11 on both sides, and the version of obs is 30.2.3.

I have re-built and tested with localhost environment, and still OBS doesn't have access to misterserver.
