Not so fast. Already did that. They do not manufacture windows and they only install windows in MA, not PA where I am.If at first you don't succeed, try using a hammer next time...everything needs some extra persuasion from time to time. -ME

Hi all, I'm following the Blue Prism Foundation Training, and am tryin to understand the process of using business objects with Notepad. My process will open Notepad completely fine, but once it goes onto the Notepad: write step I get the following error message:

I assume it is because Blue Prism isn't connected properly with that instance of Notepad, but I cannot figure out how to solve this. I started Blue Prism using the Training Setup Guide that loads in the Notepad Business Object for me, and I should be able to use it as is.

I understood that you have placed some logic actions inside the Object that you used. Once you launched the notepad did you attached the notepad with process name inside the Navigate stage before using write stage.
It could help a bit better if you provide screenshot of the object page where you have got this error.

If you get the infamous exception 'Unable to match any windows with the query terms' then the spying or identifying the element you're trying to access has failed. This can either be a result of the element not having been identified completely and uniquely, or a parameter for identifying the element uniquely was not set correctly. Of course, if you want to access any element, the above mentioned first two steps must have been taken and successful. If you've spied an element in the Application Modeller, you can check it using the Highlight button.

It seems unwise to have any business logic in your objects, that logic should be in the process while the object only is used for accessing the application. For more general use, refrain from doing more that one thing on an object page. So, if you need to navigate in your application, make an object page for each navigation step rather than putting all steps on one page. This way, each page can be reused in multiple processes rather than being restricted to only one step in one process.

In this stream, I do a little work on extending Prism for WPF IDialogService and I answer a more advanced question about how we can manage window instances using the IDialogService. We start off by branching Prism for WPF and creating a few new method overrides for the IDialogService.Show and IDialogService.ShowDialog methods. After the simple additions, we create a PR and submit it to the Prism repo.

Next, I answer a more complicated question of how we can manage various instances of windows by using the IDialogService. For example, how do I close a dialog from the same ViewModel that opened it? Or, how do I Activate a specific dialog that was opened using the Prism IDialogService. This was a little more complicated than I thought, but we ultimately solved them problem by using our own custom dialog service that extends the existing Prism fro WPF IDialogService.

Rhino 11333750 138 KB and i have created the individual triangular prisms, however when I try to join the triangles together it is difficult to get the surfaces to attach accurately. I want the two triangles to come together to close up.

Hi @gstorni I made a pull request on prism repository with the fix, the fix itself is trivial, but in the meantime while Richard gets around to reviewing it what you can do is: (Alternatively go to the last step described here if you want to skip a bunch of steps.)

I haven't used it much on 3.1 and 3.2 but there are some minor problems with integer/float calculations, f.e. setting fps and resolution based on a default project settings doesn't work. I'll test it with shotgrid and deadline integration too in my free time, I suspect more of these, hopefully small problems will be found there.

@deltahoch3 If the Prism menu is empty then there is most likely an error while loading Prism. You can open the Blender console from "Window" -> "Toggle System Console" to see the error and post it in a screenshot here.

I'm currently working on the figures for my dissertation. Herefore, I made figures like bar graphs and kinetic curves in GraphPad prism, and want to compile them in Affinity Designer. Therefore I need to copy the figures from GraphPad into Affinity Designer (in contrast to just saving a jpeg in GraphPad and drag dropping it to AfDes), because I still need to adjust the size of titles, legends etc. But unfortunately, when I paste the GraphPad files into Affinity Designer, it pastes very...selectively. Graph titles or figure legends aren't pasted, them being the exactly what I need to adjust in Affinity Designer. I attached a file where you can see what I mean.

The Axicon Suncatcher starts with laser technology and ends with pure spectral color. It has never been easier to bring the beauty of rainbows into your home. Simply hang your rainbow prism suncatcher from any window that gets direct sunlight, and gaze in awe as it transforms the sunlight into an explosion of multiple hues.

When the sun hits your Axicon Suncatcher, pinwheels of vibrant color will fan your room, splashing walls, ceilings, and floors. 48 spokes of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet will dance about the room, leaving everything awash in a mesmerizing shower of rainbow colors. The effect is absolutely spectacular!

Yes, while our suncatchers do require direct sunlight to work, the rainbows can still peek through openings in your curtains, drapes, or blinds. In fact, you can use window coverings to control the amount of rainbows your Axicon Suncatcher produces. Open them up when you want your room filled with rainbows, and close them when you want to focus rainbows in a specific area.

More direct light means more rainbows! For the strongest effect, choose your sunniest window. You can also experiment with other windows to find the ambient lighting that works best for your space. We recommend windows that face west, east, or south. East-facing windows typically produce more rainbows in the morning, and west-facing windows give a stronger effect in the afternoon. South-facing windows give a balanced amount of rainbows throughout the day and are especially effective during the winter season.

Our stable releases and preview builds are available as multi-arch Docker images for 64-bit AMD, Intel, and ARM processors. Experienced users can alternatively use the packages at dl.photoprism.app/pkg/linux/ to manually install PhotoPrism on compatible Linux distributions. For more installation methods, see our Getting Started FAQ.

You should host PhotoPrism on a server with at least 2 cores, 3 GB of physical memory,1 and a 64-bit operating system. Beyond these minimum requirements, the amount of RAM should match the number of CPU cores. Indexing large photo and video collections also benefits greatly from local SSD storage, especially for the database and cache files.

Also ensure that your server has at least 4 GB of swap configured and avoid setting a hard memory limit as this can cause unexpected restarts when the indexer temporarily needs more memory to process large files. Indexing RAW images and high-resolution panoramas may require additional swap space and/or physical memory beyond the recommended minimum.

PhotoPrism is compatible with SQLite 3 and MariaDB 10.5.12+.2 Note that SQLite is generally not a good choice for users who require scalability and high performance, and that support for MySQL 8 has been discontinued due to low demand and missing features.3

Built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), the web interface works with most modern browsers, and runs best on Chrome, Chromium, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. You can conveniently install it on the home screen of all major operating systems and mobile devices.
