works but doesn't

trying to import messages into

TNT Connect  3.4r7

mist seems to work,  green and yellow circles with & without plus signs

but nothing appears in the history on contacts in TNT Connect  3.4r7

and then TNT Connect  3.4r7 won’t start till I reboot my computer
