Downloaded, newly installed on windows 7 64 bit, Java most recent

I am getting an error box from Java Virtual Machine Launcher that says: Could not find the mail class: com.googlecode.tntmpd_mist.MIST. Program will exit. 

I can't get the program to open at all.

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?
