Difficulty importing email from a particular address

I've been using MIST successfully for some time now, but have several times had trouble importing email from one particular address. The result is a [red X] error when I import. I am using MIST 3.2.2 with TntMPD 3.0 r39 on Windows 7 64 bit. I imagine more information is needed from me in order to diagnose this problem--please let me know what to provide. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Hi Charlie,

  There is a newer version of MIST (3.2.3) that you could try, though I suspect that it won't fix your problem.

  Could you forward a copy of the troublesome email?  (If it contains sensitive information, just send it to me directly and not to the mailing list.)

Charlie,

  I see the problem.  It appears that the email that MIST is choking on uses an email encoding that MIST doesn't recognize.  I should be able to fix that; I'll take a look at that problem next time I get a chance.

  In the meantime, you may just need to copy-paste emails from that contact into TntMPD manually.  Sorry!
