Hello,

Hope you’re doing well. I wanted to see if we can find a cause/correct an error I have been experiencing for some time now. Upon completion of the MIST import, everything in TNT Connect functions just fine, except deleting a contact. Initially, the database shows that something of the data needs to be recalculated. It automatically does something, and this message disappears. When trying to delete a contact an error message pops up. See attached screen shots. Any ideas as to what may be corrupting the database?

My easiest solution is to select the “Rebuild Database” command from the File menu. This seems to restore the issue and I can then delete a contact.

Looking forward to hearing from you. I love MIST. It is an invaluable tool for me. I can’t imagine doing what I do without it.

Error message code text attached in notepad file:

Thanks in advance,

Hello Mark,

Sorry about that! I believe that problem is that MIST doesn't update the "last letter" field in TntConnect. There's usually not adverse effects beyond that, but I hadn't noticed the contact deletion issue before.

The next version of MIST will address that bug. Your workaround (rebuilding the database before deleting a contact) seems to be the best solution in the meantime.
