In settings for “email” my server is gator4236.hostgator.com and Port 143. This is working in my email client “Mail”.
For “Folder”, if I put “INBOX” it shows “Connection successful!” but if I put the TnT folder I created it shows the error message "There was a problem connecting to the email server.”
I’ve tried INBOX/TnT but it also doesn’t work.
In my Mail Accounts settings it shows that I have an IMAP Path Prefix: INBOX
