I have followed all of the directions and it is still not connecting to the server. What do I need to do?

Sorry you're having trouble! Could you tell me a bit more about your configuration?
- Are you using Windows or Mac? Windows
- What version of MIST are you using? 3
- What email client do you usually use? (Gmail, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.) Outlook
- If I asked you to locate a particular file on your computer that may give us a clue, would you need details on how to do that, or would that be easy for you? (That is, how tech-savvy are you?) I think I am tech-savvy but tell me what file and I will tell you if I know where it is.
