That's right activists, get your selves ready for the dunpster diving
party of the year. This weekend and the next, as UM "students"
prepare to depart for their summer "vacations," anything bigger than a
backpack usually ends up in a "dumpster" near U. Last year, my friend
and I found tvs, computers, stereos, microwaves, dressers, file
cabinets, furniture, tools, a pool table, dishes, pots and pans,
books, designer clothes (as well as other) etc. Any way, you guys get
the picture. It's like the "Price is Right." So you all, come on Down
and let's get dirty! All it takes is a little time and effort and the
rewards can be astounding! Really, Ain't amerika grand! Also, Ida
from downstairs at the ZACC has a free store and is willing to take
good, reuseable stuff to forward to the community.
