Upcoming MSC Meeting July 14, @ JRPC!

Hi all:

Hope you are enjoying your summer!

This email is just a reminder that our next MSC meeting is coming up
on July 14 (Wednesday of next week). During our last meeting, it was
proposed and approved that we meet once a month for the summer, rather
than weekly.

The major agenda item for the upcoming meeting is planning the “What
Would Jesus Buy” bike-in movie night. Jay spoke with the co-op folks,
and it shouldn’t be a problem holding it at the co-op but there are
some things we’ll need to do to prepare for it (i.e. get the
neighbors’ ok on it, and invite the neighbors and everyone else in
Missoula to come over and join in!). We’ll also need to organize
equipment needs, critical mass, and other details. The tentative date
for the bike-in was set as July 21, but we can revisit that during the
meeting next week and see if that night will still work for everyone,
and if it will give us enough time to organize the event.
