Here's my version:

Bob Dylan’s voice isn’t getting any prettier. At 71, on his 35th studio album, “Tempest” — Mr. Dylan sings in a wheezy rasp that confronts its own flaws. That voice feels almost familial, the wry cackle of a womanizing codger. But it can also be relentless and utterly bleak. Those darker elements come across when Mr. Dylan sings, in “Narrow Way,” “I’m armed to the hilt, and I’m struggling hard/You won’t get out of here unscarred.”

Here is mine, I totally changed his flavor.

Fifty years after releasing his debut album, Bob Dylan’s voice didn’t get any prettier.  Now, at 71, Dylan’s signature rasp is still apparent on his 35th studio album, “Tempest.” Dylan’s sound, entombed with its relics of scrapes, cackles, and wheezes, runs a spectrum from untamed to melancholic.

Short and sweet:

Bob Dylan’s voice isn’t getting any prettier. At 71 and on his 35th album, “Tempest,” Mr. Dylan sings in a wheezy rasp that proudly scrapes up against its own flaws. Wry, implacable, or utterly bleak, his latest batch of songs is written for that voice alone.

At 71, Bob Dylan’s 35th studio album, “Tempest” — and 50 years after he released his debut album in 1962 — Dylan sings in a wheezy rasp that proudly scrapes up against its own flaws. Suffice it to say Dylan’s voice isn’t getting any prettier.

I would totally cut it after "flaws."
Below at the end I have two new leads...
Thanks

Bob Dylan’s voice isn’t getting any prettier. At 71, on his 35th studio album, “Tempest” — and a full 50 years after he released his debut album in 1962 — Mr.
Dylan sings in a wheezy rasp that proudly scrapes up against its own flaws.

That voice can be almost avuncular, the wry cackle of a codger who still has an eye for the ladies. But it can also be calmly implacable or utterly bleak, and it’s completely believable when Mr. Dylan sings, in “Narrow Way,” “I’m armed to the hilt, and I’m struggling hard/You won’t get out of here unscarred.”

Staying true to the soul folk blues, Bob Dylan’s 35th album, “Temptest,” preserves

If you found in love with Bob Dylan 50 years ago then you wouldn’t mind the wheezy rasp on Dylan’s 35th studio Album, “Temptest.” But if you a listener of a new generation then this might sound like a new “Strokes” mixtape.

At 71, Bob Dylan’s Voice isn’t getting any better. The songs on “Tempest” –his 35th studio album and half a century after his debut album -- are written for Dylan’s raspy voice alone. It is one that can switch from memory to prophecy, from a joke to threat, and from romance to carnage within a line or two.

Mr. Dylan sings in a wheezy rasp that is as avuncular as it is calmly
implacable or utterly bleak.
