Hey everyone - Just wanted to spread the word about two great happy hours tonight. I learned about both of them through MyDunkTank and couldn't be more inspired by their models. They are both looking to turn young professionals into philanthropists.

I'll be attending both tonight as the MyDunkTank cowboy.

The Spruce Foundation (www.sprucefoundation.org) is a next generation philanthropy collective that encourages young professionals in Philadelphia to increase their awareness, engagement and support of local organizations working with at-risk youth.  Membership is currently comprised of over 500 rising stars in Philadelphia's professional community who are committed to using their skills and resources to strengthen Philadelphia’s next generation.

Their happy hour tonight at 7pm @ Marathon Grill 19th and Market.

IMPACT Philadelphia (website here) is mobilizing emerging leaders to raise money for a handful of awesome nonprofits in Philadelphia. Through events and creative fundraisers, the group is showing that young professionals don't need to have money in order to raise money in support of causes they believe in.

Their happy hour tonight at 5:30pm @ The Field House at 1150 Filbert Street in Philadelphia.

Hope to see you there!
