Fundraising opportunity this Sunday at BCR!
I'll be there with one or both of my kiddos for most of the day. Any other volunteers would be appreciated when you're not racing. Ben is having volunteers arriving at 8am. I'm aiming for similar. First race is 9:15 ; last is 3:30. I'll be packing up before then.
I'll have my EZ up, two small tables to start. Not planning to do coffee as we have at times.
If you can't make it, but can bake/buy goodies, drop offs can be arranged. I'm in Endwell, but could meet up if needed. We try to keep pricing simple and have most items be $1. Packaged in baggies is appreciated if appropriate (cupcakes don't do well in baggies 😉)
Non-bakers, drinks and apples/oranges also work out well. Reply back to me please, so I know what we can expect/don't have too much overlap.
Jackie, I need the cash box, etc. back from you prior please.
