We are in the final stretch to return to Honduras in just 9 more days. We have attached to this e-mail our latest newsletter.

One thing that is not included in the newsletter is the earthquake in Guatemala that occurred November 7th. This was the worst earthquake in Guatemala since the 1976 quake that killed over 23,000 people. The epicenter of the quake was 25 miles off the coast in the pacific ocean. Over 50 deaths occurred in the San Marcos area. We have a church there. Initially there was no communication that any of our people there suffered any damage. Pastors from another area of Guatemala went to San Marcos 2 weeks after the quake and discovered that the pastor and family were now living in the church because the parsonage was completely destroyed. 3 families in the church also lost their homes in the earthquake. Please join with us in prayer for them. I hope to travel to the San Marcos area soon.
