Tomorrow morning will be the prelim hearing for the McStay family case.  Evidence will finally be shown as to why the San Bernardino Sheriff Dept. thinks that Charles "Chase" Merritt is guilty of killing the McStay family.    I will be updating a page about the trial on the blog, so you can go there at anytime to see what the status is.  If you have any questions this is the place to ask them, and this will be a good place to talk about the hearing.  What evidence do you think the SBSD has on Chase or do you even think he is guilty?

The prelim hearing was frustrating to say the least.  Many were expecting to finally find out what evidence they had against Merritt but instead we hear that Merritt wasn't ready and the prosecuting attorney was sick and his stand in wasn't ready to "stand in" for him.  Everything has been postponed till Friday, but I am not getting my hopes up.
