Missing Son

HI, I am trying to locate my son. I have tried many internet places
and info I already have and comming up empty. Today is his birthday
and he will be 30 and I have been looking for him for a few years now.
I want him to know that his mom has not forgotten him and has been
trying to find him. He mostly lives in OR and has had a few places in
Washington. His name is Carl E kelogg lll and all I am hoping for is a
phone call to let me know he is ok or if someone to let him know I am
looking for him. Our phone nbr hasnt changed but the email has. We
have a long history and no matter what I am still a mom needing to
know her son is alive and well. If anyone can help I would appreciate
it very much. He has to know that their are still a couple of families
that have been our dear friends all his life that would love to hear
from him to and he would know who they are. Somehow I just need to
find him Thank You.

The Social Security Administration will forward a letter for free to
his last known address but they cannot tell you if he has been located
or the last known address they have on file for him. The letter to him
cannot be sealed and it must include a life changing event he is not
aware of -- death of parent or siblings -- birth - things of that
nature. The letter to the Social Security Office must include his
name, DOB, SS#, Place of birth, your relationship to him, your DOB,
your address and current phone #.
