Hey All,
I'll be gone from June 10th through July 3rd. I'm hoping to find some volunteers to take the lead on some of our runs while I'm away.
For Saturday runs this entails picking the location and making sure that you are there for the meeting times (8 / 9:30a). Basically, just greet folks, figure out if we need multiple pace groups, and get the groups started.
For Monday / Wednesday runs, I'll provide a document with descriptions of a number of the workouts that are on our regular rotation, so several people should already know the loops. The leader for Mon/Wed should greet folks, run them through a set of our regular warmup drills and describe the workout / show folks the loop. If you'd like to try your hand with creating a workout, that is cool too!
