I will not be there tonight, sorry for the late notice, but here is the workout for those of you who are running.
10 minutes of normal warmup of various field drills.
Head over to the Jar Hill loop. This is the loop that uses the hill with the single track that has the "bunker" between Wirth Lake and Wirth Parkway.
The loop has two "work" segments.
- The single track that starts near the corner of Wirth Parkway and Highway 55. Start at the corner and run until you hit the blacktop just past the bunker.
- Walk north on the black top (taking a bit of extra rest time if you need it) until you get to the grass ski trail on the left.
- Run up the ski trail staying left to go up the hill and around back down the hill until you hit the blacktop.
- Walk West on the black top to the start of the single track again.
Easy cool down jog back to the field.
