Runs this week

Hey Everyone,

I will be out of town all this week. Monday will meet as normal at Wirth. The workout will be 800m repeats at Brownie Lake (please see the calendar entry for details).

Wednesday is the final Endless Summer Trail Race, there will be no run at Wirth.

On Saturday, Warren will wrangle the group meeting at 8a/9:30a at Richardson Nature Center at Hyland Park.
