This is a game to help you make small incremental, and hopefully sustainable changes to your daily habits to be overall healthier.
Side note: If you're interested in trying one of Fix Studio's virtual strength training classes let me know and I'll get you the link. They're held Wed, Fri, and Sun mornings. Most exercises we do with a kettle bell, but could certainly use a dumbbell or body weight if needed. You can attend one class for free, thereafter you'll need to pay per class or buy a 10-pack. I find them really helpful to building overall and running-specific strength.
