Hey Everyone,

We'll still be meeting at the Minnehaha Creek Bunny this week at 6pm on Monday and Wednesday.

We will try to continue adding a bit more interval work into the runs this week. Hopefully by next week we will be able to have some normal interval circuits that we can use.
