Hey Everyone!

Happy Fourth of July!

We *will* be running tonight! I'll have popsicles! Bring some water, we will moderate our effort levels with the heat.

As a reminder, Wednesday is the 7 mile Endless Summer Trail Running Series race at Lebanon hills. There will be no group run at Wirth. Everyone is encouraged to come out and run or volunteer. Registration is at https://ultrasignup.com/register.aspx?did=99392 and there is no onsite registration, so make sure to register before the end of day tomorrow. These are super fun low key races with pizza/beer/sodas at the end.

Next weekend, I will be out of town. Is there anyone who is willing to facilitate the run on Saturday? All that you need to help out is let me know where you'd like to meet, I'll send out the calendar invite, I just would appreciate someone who can commit to be there to welcome folks at the meet time and the loop back time. I'm going to have a bunch of travel coming up and certainly appreciate the help!
