The next Whole Life Challenge (WLC) session starts April 15th. This is a game to motivate you to make incremental changes to be healthier. It's also a fun way to connect with others along the way and help to encourage each other (and maybe hold each other accountable) throughout. It's not about being perfect, but rather making meaningful changes to be healthier. It has has components related to sleep, drinking water, eating healthy, mobility, exercise, reflection, and a rotating wellness activity.
