Hello every one, is there a way to implement jump to reference (J2R) MI by SAS Pro MI directly? 2 arms longitudinal data with dropout.

You can implement a copy reference type approach by specifying that each of the conditional imputation models is fitted only using control patients: see http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/statug/66859/HTML/default/viewer.htm#statug_mi_examples15.htm

I don't think you can implement the J2R method using PROC MI, but you can use the SAS macros developed by James Roger to do this:  Reference-based MI via Multivariate Normal Repeated measures (MNRM).

Best wishes

You can download the code implementing reference-based and delta-adjusted PMM using SAS proc MI.
It seems quite simple.

Hello Everyone, is there a way to implement the j2r approach into SPSS? Or calculate missing values manually? We do not have any experience using Stata or SAS and are looking for an alternative way. The data set is very simple. The aim of the study is a comparison between an intervention group and a control group and a total score in t0 and t1, respectively the difference of the scores from t0 to t1. If there is any chance do do so, I would be very grateful for a short notice. Many Greetings
