Missing data (Reaction_time(skewed)) - Between Subjects- repeated measure experiment

Hello,

I have a pool of data from 50 subjects recorded over 100 trails. Under one subject, for the variable Reaction_Time, I have only data for 64 trails. The rest are absent due to an error with the experimental- set up. What do you think could be a good way to deal with this?
