Imputation for censored data

For my research, I have right-censored data (times).

Is it possible to use multiple imputation to impute the censored data, such that the imputed value is greater than the time at which it was censored?

Are there ways to perform it in SAS? I already tried proc MI, but this would result in values smaller than the time at which it was censored?

Not sure there is any way to do it in SAS except progarm it yourself. There is an R package implementing what is described in the above paper: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/InformativeCensoring/index.html
