Dear all,

I am working on a missing data problem, trying to compare  different statistical methods adjusting for missing data/non-response on estimating HIV prevalence from survey studies.

Currently I have worked on Multiple imputation and Inverse probability methods, I want to go a step further and apply a double robust estimation method(A simulation study)

Has anyone worked on something similar using R? Or any reference I can use .

Please help.

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Appreciating that this was posted over 1.5 year ago, I have a question for the poster. Did you ever figure out this problem/get the simulation study completed? The domain I work in has similar problems, namely we work with dichotomous variables (e.g., perpetrating sexual violence) as a longitudinal outcome and to estimate prevalence rates. Having a simulation study to refer to when imputing these dichotomous outcomes would be very helpful indeed.

Ian.
