"JANE JANA" by T.E.M.P.O. feat. Mohammed & Emi is another diverse song that borrows musical influences from a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds and cultures. Continuing with the Dance Dance Revolution tradition of showcasing music from all around the world, "JANE JANA" will take you on an international dancing journey.
The original songs for the film were composed by Sachin-Jigar whereas the background score was composed by Clinton Cerejo and Bianca Gomes.[27] For the title track, Sachin-Jigar recreated the composition "Aa Jaane Jaan" from the 1969 film Intaqam. The recreated version was recorded with vocals by Neha Kakkar.[28] Visuals from the original compositions were used in the film. Vijay Ganguly had choreographed the dance number. The song featured in the first teaser of the film.[29] In the film, Maya (played by Kapoor) sang the track at a dance bar with young Maya (played by Uditi Singh) performing a pole dance in short golden dress.[30] In his character as an inspector, Varma was filmed as a visitor at the bar with Maya's live performance.[30]The title track was released on 11 September 2023.[31] The second single "Doriyaan" was released on September 18, 2023.[32]
'Antim: The Final Truth' actor Salman appeared as a special guest along with Aayush Sharma and Mahima Makwana. During the episode he saw contestants Snighdajit Bhowmik and Aravind Nair perform on popular tracks 'Pehla Pehla Pyar Hain' and 'Oh Oh Jane Jaana'. After looking at their performance, he got nostalgic and shared an anecdote about his song 'Oh Oh Jane Jaana'.
He further added on shooting the song shirtless. "We were shooting in Madh Island at that time for this song, and our dress designer was Vikram Phadnis. I had gained muscle at that time and the shirt that he had designed for me was fitting like a blouse on me. We had to send it back to get it fixed but it was taking a lot of time, that's when I asked Sohail if we should shoot this song without a shirt. Sohail wasn't very sure but then when we saw it on the monitor, he said 'let's do it' and that's how I shot for this song shirtless," he concluded.
The song has visuals from the film as well. Originally composed by Laxmikant - Pyarelal and penned by Rajendra Krishan, Jaane Jaan has been re-created by Sachin-Jigar and sung by them along with Neha Kakkar. Vijay Ganguly has choreographed the dance number. The original song from the 1969 film Intaquam featured Helen and was sung by Lata Mangeshkar.
