Is Net_GeoIP really needed?

I am updating the CentOS install guides for MISP 2.4 and I'm wondering if this is really needed:

pear install Net_GeoIP

I did a quick grep and none of the php code seems be using this?

Hello Richard,

I just checked, can't find anything either. I don't know if it was used at one point way back, but I don't see why we'd need it. I think we can safely remove it from the dependencies.
