Endpoints for Friends/Followers/Following and for Badges

Hi guys,

I'd like to request an endpoint for listing the friends/followers/
following for a user, particularly for listing 'my' friends and
followers.

I would also like to see an endpoint for listing the badges a user has
earnt.
