Signing on the Extension Request Doc - MISM 2012

Hi All,

Attached the updated letter herewith , which was looked at by Dr. Chaminda. He said only the people which  sign will get the extension and others has to submit on schedule.

I will try to forward this to pavithra today , the table (in page2) has to be filled with - Serial No.    Student Registration ID     Student Name     Signature   put by Dr.Chaminda ( attached) . SO when you go to FGS know them and go and sign :-)

I've added the ppl  those have  contributed ideas with this conversation in to the table. Sorry if I missed someone. 

 

pls check Harshani Gamage ,Sanjeewa Nalin and Aruna Marabe. I guess others are ok. Others  who are willing to add , can go on with this table.

serial numbrs r wrong, it should be like in attched excel file ( asked pavithra also can double check)

everyone visit the FGS premises & write this details and sign,

otherwise this will stay on the mail thread forever. already mailed  the empty table to pavithra  yesterday evening.
